September 26: Curriculum Night- Virtual junior and senior parent night
Transcript Review: September is for transcript review and ensuring you are on track to graduate. If your transcript or classes look wrong, please speak to one of us.
We will start CUNY Applications soon. Take this time to research schools and make your college list! Also, create an account at CUNY.edu

The College Board Opportunity Scholarships The program guides juniors and seniors through the college planning process and offers the chance to earn scholarships, from $500 to $40,000, for every action that students complete.
1. Clarkson University Full Ride Scholarship - December 1st
Eligibility:
Meet all Clarkson University admission requirements.
Apply to Clarkson University
You will receive a full scholarship through a Children's Aid partnership if accepted to the university.
2. Quest Bridge - September 26th
Through the National College Match, high-achieving high school seniors from low-income backgrounds can apply for early admission and full four-year scholarships to the nation’s best colleges. We review all applications holistically, and there are no absolute criteria or cut-offs for GPA, standardized test scores, income, or other factors.
Application components:
Information on your academics, activities, household, and financial background
Writing section
Two teacher recommendations from core academic subjects
Current high school transcript and additional transcripts (unofficial transcripts are accepted)
School Report from your current high school counselor
School Profile (optional but recommended)
Any standardized test score reports to date
Deadline: September 30th
Eligibility:
A US Citizen or permanent resident
3.0 GPA or higher
Planning to attend a four year institution
