Welcome to College Corner Seniors! This newsletter will go out to you every two weeks with important updates so please keep an eye out. Congrats to all of you that have started CUNY applications and are working on them! This process can be long and tiring so keep track of all your work! Do your own research and ask us before you submit anything. The College Corner will be related to the college application process, college & career events available in our community, vital scholarships and financial information, and a host of other things. Scholarships Greenhouse Scholars Due date: November 1st, 2022 Amount: $5,000 (Renewable up to 4 years) Eligibility: - Be a graduating high school senior in CO, GA, IL. NC, or NY planning to attend a four-year accredited academic institution. - Minimum GPA of 3.5. - Student must demonstrate financial need (annual household income less than $70,000). - Students should have excellent leadership skills, the ability to persevere through difficult circumstances, and a strong interest in and commitment to their community.
